I think it's absolutely great and amazing. It's very helpful and good to work with. I'd be happier with better and more actionable exercises.
I think I find it useful as it matches a lot of ideas from other books I've read and all together it creates a good understanding of your brain and your behaviour. Well, at least it helps to understand it better.
