I remember history in high school and even college. It was to be honest a requirement. I have learned more in this offering than thought. Yes, I am now a history person and wish I had had a better experience those many learning yrs ago.

The author is very engaging but then again so are the stories. I enjoyed Socrates and had known much of the ending and his suggestion for his punishment.
