Given the choice between breaking my back carrying a bag full of hardcover picture books and not having enough books that feature kids that look like my 5-7 year olds... well, guess I'll have back problems at a young age.

Their engagement has gone up a tenfold with my selection that features Latin American and black kids who look like them. I wouldn't change that for anything.
