I suppose preserved, powdered duck breast condiment is no odder than dried shrimp powder. However, I think I'll stick with the shrimp version since it doesn't have to be made over a year ahead!

Did you know that people smoke food over manure? I have questions regarding the hygienicalness of this technique, but am told it tastes fine.
