Finished the Old testament and the Apocryphic texts. Finished the testament of Mark and starting the testament of Luke.

Started Acts. First time that I read this work, having only been familiar with the story as far as the gospels go. Interesting text so far.

Finished Luke. It is evident that ot is based on the Gospel of Mark but with additions.

Finished the gospel of Mark.

Cont. with Mark.

Finished Gospel of Matthew.

Continuing Matthew.

Finished apocrypha. Started the New Testament and the Gospel of Matthew.

Finished 1 Maccabees. It comes back to me, that the jews portrayed in many of the books in OT are very vengeful, and as 'horrible' in their destruction as their enemies. Seems difficult to justify, but Judaism in particular came from a traditional tribal religious culture setting.
