Any good?

The introduction is a quick synopsis of the pre-Socratics and then you have extracts of post-Socratic philosophy. It’s great at being concise and hitting the main points. I haven’t gotten to Aristotle yet, but so far it does serve as a great introduction to Greek philosophy.

Seems like a good book to have on one’s library shelf for reference.

It's concise, so it would be suitable for reference. I think the editor did a fairly good job of including some essential extractions from the works treated. I'm just about to start on the Aristotle section.
