This book is amazing. Simply astounding how these resonant points are so succinctly stated and yet also so clearly conveyed without layers of unintelligible mysticism. I’m amazed with the quality of this book and how I am interpreting the writing.

The practice is nothing special. It is simply the true expression of yourself. When you're done sitting, that doesn't mean the practice is over. Zen is anything you do, but whatever you do, be present, mindful, and be THERE.
