Kitcatscratch Kathleen Woodiwiss has the most aggravating heroines. Yet, you can't help reading them while simultaneously being frustrated. "Ashes in the Wind" had the least frustrating h and that one still makes you want to scream sometimes. Yet. I read it all the way through. :D

You are not wrong. This one drove me batty with her protests... Definitely not the sharpest knife in the drawer. LOL. And yes, I trudged on, just finished, and I did enjoy the ending. :D
