Carla Reyes I really enjoyed this one!

message 4: by Denis (new)

Denis Sidorov @Yuriy come on) fascists don't read books, that's why they became executioners... But Dostoevsky, on the contrary, teaches compassion, humanism, kindness.

message 5: by Yurii (new)

Yurii Sheremet @Denis S. In one of his works, Dostoevsky justifies murder because of the "poor unfortunate soul", instead of showing that all murder is bad.
The Russians managed to tarnish the literature of the peoples they occupied, and managed to glorify their own, which is mostly crap. That is why their pseudo-culture stands on "clay feet". And more than 80% of the population of russia supports the war, that is, the murder of residents, rape and occupation of territories. All Russians are imperialists, whether they are liberals, whether they are writers or soldiers. All of them.

message 6: by Denis (new)

Denis Sidorov @Yuriy You are right about 80%, unfortunately, but state propaganda made them so. In Russia, very few people are able to think independently, probably this is the influence of the Soviet past, when they were told how to live and think for 70 years. In Russia, most people only trust TV, which is completely controlled by the state. And not all Russian imperialists, I am a liberal and not at all an imperialist)
