Fascinating questions- our church model (tradition) doesn’t exist in scripture and is “top down authority” through the pastor, which is exactly what Jesus came to eliminate.

We no longer need a mediator and are all competent ministers of the New Covenant. Raised and seated in Christ. Made for community and relationship, but is current model (pastor centric) Gods heart for his church?
