I was looking for a toxic, dysfunctional relationship between MCs. This one was on several lists that indicated it was. But it spends over half the book developing a lovey-dovey, wine and roses relationship (incl. several pet peeve club scenes). My interests was lost since there was no promised couple tension until much later. And even when it arrived, it wasn’t extreme; indeed, it was pretty weak for me. No rating.
