If this gets past the censors without being gutted, it'll be a miracle. The whole script is tissue paper, and I'm supposed to fling it around and blind people to the fact that the so-called plot hinges on the fact that a nice girl would go to bed with a not-nice man just to get a newspaper story. And still be a nice girl at the end.

The close-ups finally were finished. Hank announced, "THAT'SA WRAP, FOLKS!" and the cast and crew cheered. The sound stage doors were thrown open, and the caterers began setting up for the party.
