How important is motivation for Language learning! The Teacher's job it's not to teach, it's to GUIDE the student to self-learning. This applies on a "general" teacher, but for a Language teacher is definitely circumstantial. Once the student find the root (which is the motivations) he/she will stick to the language forever. As teachers, we need to help them in that learning path. ♡♡♡♡♡
