Reading these trilogies out of order is actually a lot of fun. So many of these characters are legendary in The Age of Madness (or old... Or both) and it's great reading about their journeys first hand.

This is actually a really quick read, I haven't dedicated as much time to it though.
I'm appreciating more of a focus on the north and its politics. They were important in The Age of Madness, but that trilogy was definitely centered around The Union.
