I honestly don't get why this book is popular, the entire thing has consisted of personal anecdotes from parents who never accepted their children. The author mocks mental health and mental healthcare in general, and she's contradicted herself at multiple times

The author feels like a middle aged mom who when their kid says, "I'm depressed," they go "no you're not you just need to go outside."
