This is a perfect example of Sunken Cost. I’ve put too much time into this book to not finish it, but there’s just… nothing here. It’s a detailed diary of each day the author is a substitute, but there’s no reflection or depth to it. Just “here’s what happened… here’s what happened next… and next… and next… and that was the day.”
