This really is a neverending story…

Interesting how Fantastica was renamed Fantasia in the movie (I do think Fantasia sounds better though). Love how Atreyu saves Falkor from Yugamul the Many and allows himself to be bitten to be able to get to the Southern Oracle, even though by doing so he only gives himself 1 hour to live! In the movie Falkor saves him from the Swamps of Sadness. I feel like I’m reading a whole new story.

Enjoying it so far- For a book written in 1979 it sounds a lot older and really doesn’t read as a children’s story at all.
