The former Nue subplot has started, and with it, a sinister underbelly of Momochi House might just be unlocked.
After last volume revealed something about Aoi's transformation from being the Nue, I'm excited to see how Shouoto will play with that element for the rest of the series.

This volume is a lot darker than the previous ones have been. The former Nue before Aoi has just been awakened and is not pleased with the appearance of a new one, who he believes to be fake. The back area of Momochi House is now starting to become black due to his aura, and Ise almost died.
Where I'm at now has an evil cliffhanger, so I'm looking forward to finishing this volume tomorrow.
