Cannon a pitcher is the one who is creating problems for Seth the main character. Cannon the best pitcher in the league has haunted Seth ever since he's played baseball by striking Seth out over and over again. He even struck him out in the last at bat of the season to keep his team out of the playoffs.

A conflict in my book is the main character Seth because he is trying to make the best league for his age group. He's not as experienced as most guys but he knows he loves to play baseball and is a serious baseball player. He will solve this problem by working hard at it with his friend who is a good baseball player and get better so he can play with him to.

This boy named Seth relates to me the most. He has motivation like me and he reacts the same as me in situations like he is in with trying to make a tryout and a high school tryout as well.
