Found a bookmark in this, too thin to fall out when flipped through by the bookseller, cut from the bottom of a magazine (pg 13 & 14) extolling the many virtues of the new Audi CoupeGT (4000CS Quattro), a 5 cylinder, 5 speed Audi from 1986. :)
I'm pretty sure "David" put it there, since Molly Gloss signed it "Christmas '86, To David, Molly Gloss".
Looks like David didn't make it past Chapter 1. No Audis here. ;)
