This part of the book talks about connections and building your portfolio essentially of connections and it really hit home for me because it always felt like you needed to be really close to someone to ask for favors in helping you get a job but most people apparently get jobs from more distinct connections. So don't be afraid to ask or leverage them because that's how it is nowadays.
