Started reading this to help understand what I'm going through, and I just want to buy 5 copies for everyone I know, because this book just GETS it. And it explains things in ways that I just can't even find the words to describe.
Seriously, if you know someone with bipolar, or are bipolar yourself, this book is amazing.
