Now I understand why Genesis had better arcade ports (same chips as the arcade machines), but also why SNES's controller was so amazing. (And introduced things like shoulder buttons that persist to this day)

I had no idea the NEC PC-Engine was a team-up with Hudson. Or that it had a CD-ROM! I thought that was only for the post-SNES/Genesis world.
