Benedict Arnold was a hardworking soldier, constantly fighting for his men and himself. Sadly, this is not how he is seen today. Benedict was a money-hungry man who constantly did everything he could to gain more fame and money. In the end, he did betray the colonists, joining the British side in the hope that they would win and he would be famous for helping throughout their win.
