This is my all time favorite Self Help book. I have completed it 2 times in different parts of my life. The 1st time was after a very emotional break up and it really helped put my life back in order emotionally and quickly work through instead of stuffing it. Second time was recently, I am beyond happily married 2.5 years and the experience was fantastic as I was able to re-visit items I discovered about myself.
