Reverb continues to be a ton of fun. I love the characters, the queer family this band has assembled, and especially the slyly transgressive in the way it approaches the rock star/bodyguard trope. The bodyguard is a transman who travels with a literal bag of dicks and he is 4 inches shorter than our heroine who also happens to be low-key sexually dominant. This ain't no Costner-Houston situation.

What a fun, wonderfully queer romance. I will definitely be signing on for the rest of the series about the members of the band Twisted Wishes. This book centers on the romance between 6'1" glamazon pansexual rock star Mish and her trans-male ex-military bodyguard David. It is surprisingly pretty damn dreamy and, for me, a bit educational.
