I recently learned I’m autistic, and learning that as an adult has completely shifted my view on life, my past, my future, everything. This book, although I’m only half way through, has touched my heart so much. It’s helped give me more confidence in myself that I can change for the better. I don’t feel as self conscious. The tips in this book are so helpful! And the example characters!! That helps so much :)
