Loved the “mean hero” start, expected a powerful growth curve—got a weak-ass lame excuse, and then “I love yous.” Not convinced he’s gonna stop being a raging asshole who’d say and do awful hurtful shallow petty things (as he does to his exs). Cringey sex scenes of the reformed rake and the virgin thrilled by his “moves.”

First 50%, tension was fantastic—believable emotional reactions. Felt sloppy and lazy later, filler patronizing sex scenes. Good secondary character in sister, with her own motivations.
