Oh noo! Why?

It's honestly kinda pathetic. Dashner's just trying to milk The Maze Runner universe for all it's worth, and it's not working. The concepts and plot of the book are so.... weird. The Cranks have evolved (like, WHAT *rolls eyes*) and there's this really strange godhead business going on, and it's just confusing and not at all hooking. And the characters so far have been dull and uninteresting. I mean, I wasn't expecting anything fantastic, but right now I kinda wish this book had never been written, and I'm not expecting it to get better as I go.
