I’m noticing that Lynette’s hyper-vigilance can/will be her downfall and it’s making me anxious. I’m eager to learn more about the group’s backstories. There are times where I think the film parallels and tropes are a little heavy handed (would actual attempted murder survivors talk this way about themselves? would they call themselves final girls?) but it’s getting better as I go on.
