I was really looking for how to work with urgency in a way that was visible to others. This is a book about how to inspire urgency in an organization. One method is to let people get a better sense of the customer. Also there's a distinction made between urgency and just purposeless motion that's induced by stress. I've seen a lot of that and I keep thinking about it as I'm reading.
