i keep forgetting this was Jennette’s real life and i keep thinking “holy shit that’s horrible but so well written” and then i remember these are tru experiences and it just makes my stomach turn

this book is really well written and Net’s perspective of her mom from a child-like view is just so heartbreaking. she feels so much responsibility for things she is NOT responsible for.
