Three quarters of the way in, and I think I get where the second and third prologues come in. I feel like maybe these should have been intros to “Act II”, because they weren’t relevant to the first half and just muddied the waters.
I’ll obviously finish this (Kindle tells me I only have about 30 mins of reading time left), but really not doing anything for me.

Ok, we get to Tokyo, and there are many creeps in Tokyo but I still don’t appreciate what’s being written in ch 24.
I guess I’m still not over how the Pacific Islanders were described in Prologue 1.

Apart from the first prologue, the other two don’t appear to have included info necessary for the first two chapters…
Still confused somewhat, but getting into the story now!

Just saw another review saying there needs to be an editor, and I agree. There are a few nitpicky things I’ve seen and I’ve only read the first two prologues!
Also - I’ve now come to the third prologue. Not chapter, but prologue. I don’t understand why there are three.
There are also lots of different characters and worlds. With the third prologue, I’m going to lose track of who is who…

Wait… did it just describe Pacific Islanders as “savages”? Thought it might be some non-Earth reference but now there’s a ref to Japan.
I did get a free copy to review and… I guess I should keep reading…
