The Date: we’ll that was a weird turn. Stay or go?

Postcards: completely heartbreaking trauma of memories of not being thereof trying to make up for that.

Dreams: short sad story of the possibilities the realities and what is left when we don’t get those dreams.

In the Dark: loss and sadness and the connections that come with it.

A Road in the Rain: self blame irresponsibly placed, she should have let the car crash.

The Centre: secrets held that only heartbreak and someone else’s truth can bring out of us to allow relief from our own strength and the suffering that comes with it sometimes.

What Happens: now. Part about then. Part about now.

Mommyblogger: The line “and, besides, if it was you and me instead of me and him and you and her, I might be writing this shit about him because then he’d be the one that got away.” Hit the hardest. Been in this mom’s shoes, been frustrated and tired and wanting a different life than the frustrating and tired one. Beautifully written blog/actuality.

Distance: not the twists I expected. Left me sad and questioning Mark’s reality.

Barbados: tense, quick story. Something a friend’s friends cousin’s cousin would have happen and you would hear over a cocktail with your friend.
