Manapul’s art is spectacular. The biggest problem I have with this book so far is that nothing really happened. Mob Rule was a wasted villain. Imagine having a superhero who’s biggest challenge is that he can’t be everywhere at once, and a villain who can clone himself. BEING everywhere at once. And doing nothing with that premise. Captain Cold was great tho, so here’s hoping that the second half is better.
