1 more chapter to go. I've already ordered book 4 to pick up when I arrive back from Japan.

Well I'm not quite on target for where I wanted to be on this, but I have made some great progress for sure. Planning to review lessons 1-10 and maybe start lesson 11 before heading to Taiwan. Thinking I will try to pass the A2 test this Summer which should be fairly easy at this point.

Chapter 8 was great. I feel like the readings are starting to get a bit more literary. Will I be able to finish in a month as I originally hoped? Not sure, but hopefully should be pretty close. I really don't want to be working on this in Japan and also don't want to be taking a nearly 3 week break from my practice.

Learning to talk about different family makeups, types relationships, and the role of pets made for a pretty interesting chapter with useful vocabulary.

Kind of dull chapter this week, but most of the words learned were pretty useful. Halfway through both of my textbooks. Planning to review the rest of this week. Hoping to finish both textbooks before my trip to Taiwan but I'm going to be cutting a tight schedule in that I'm quite busy with work.
