Nina and Matthias rremind me of the main characters from The Wolf and The Woodsman by Ava Reid (I know Six of Crows was written before but I have read Ava's book first). Their story is basically the same: the guy is in a holy order, the girl is a witch, they are doing this tracking thing trying to survive, they have different outlooks on life but were taugth to despise each other & and then they fall in love.

Oh, and there are even at least two scenes that are like super similar: the whole we need to undress and keep each other warm, and the girl falling in a lake and saved by the guy.
