The "Speech at the National Conference to Review the Fight Against Poverty, and Commend Outstanding Individuals and Groups" was especially moving. The comparison I believe Lee Kuan Yew made shortly before his death between Mandela and Xi is apt in some interesting ways. Xi will be discussed as an exemplary world leader for decades and decades to come, probably longer. Most Americans don't grasp his significance. We're stressed and busy and our news media keeps us locked in insularity and ignorance.
