I wish I knew how much my ADHD brain needed this YEARS ago!!!
Just finished reading about gears 1-5 and I am so excited to be implementing them. I already feel a difference from the past few days on how I'm connecting and working.
The 5 Gears should be a language the whole world understands!!! 🙌
