Kenneth: I'm reading the series in English editions and have read 5 of them, which fascinate me. Of course, I'm awaiting future editions in English. Question: Are there substantial differences between the German originals and the English versions? Just curious if you have any thought about that.

David, to be honest I have not compared the editions. I switched to the German ones as there are no English editions yet available after the fifth book. I actually haven’t read the first three books but watched the Babylon Berlin series on Netflix which got me hooked.

Thanks! Very helpful. With a name like Crumm and background in Germany, I studied German at university, but I'm now in my 60s and it's very hard for me to keep up. Same thing with me: I got hooked on the TV series. Found the novels. My wife and I read them. (Including a graphic novel that's been produced, as well.) And we're super-eager to get the additional volumes in English.
I'm going to assume they're essentially identical and we'll keep waiting (eagerly) for the future volumes.
