0/10. I can not get past the first chapter. The author immediately shows her bias against those with narcissistic tendencies. She wrote them off as immutable villains with no possibility of evolution to a healthier mindset. While I wanted to read this for my own recovery against what was done to me, I refuse to accept that anyone should be dismissed as hopeless trash people.
