Things have been somewhat disjointed as the first 3rd of the book as it follows multiple characters across a couple decades but the characters and situations are interesting enough to keep it worthwhile. Now the set up seems wrapped up and things are getting more focused.

I feel bad neglecting this, seeing how I won it months ago and had intended to read it right away, but I just haven't been reading physical books lately, it being a lot easier to find time for reading ebooks and listening to audio books on my phone. I'm going to try to make more time for this book, though, because what I have read so far has been good.
