Despite enjoying the previous books and the other intertwined series, I'm seriously considering whether or not to finish this. Between the insufferable main character (Eww, people are icky!) and the constant use of ellipses to indicate how hesitant EVERY character is, now I just got a lecture on privilege. It was already leaning that way, but now I had it thrown in my face. This is a fantasy book. SHUT THE F UP!
