It's very interesting seeing how the CPGB in Wales changed so much. Seeing the massive increases and decreases in membership in the 1920s, to the failures of 'class against class' (especially in Wales). Then the 30s and 40s present this shift because of the Popular Front, rising Welsh nationalism and the influence of the small North Wales branch (shaping Welsh language policies). Really enjoying this.
