ahh this was SO good! the writing is so elegant and beautiful. i LOVED the courtship of mr lyon and i think that story is going to continue on in the tiger’s bride. i cant wait to read it after school

definitely not what i was expecting but i really enjoyed the bloody chamber short story! the themes in the first short story made me question both the heroine and marquis’ morals and values. i cannot wait to see how other small details in the bloody chamber will correlate with the other 9 stories
