I'm engrossed now, the mystery is getting more focus among all the politics. Trying to figure out which direction the author will take is always fun, who murdered his half-brothers and father? I don't know yet, but now it's becoming a more urgent question that gets alluded to at every turn. Who can he truly trust? Is someone betraying him even now? Like I said, fun.

I feel for this character, the mystery does not really feel like the focus at all, mostly the protagonist's interactions with everyone else is the main focus. Still invested. He's a cinnamon roll character
