It's anti-Labor party. It seems well researched, but the author is conflating trends who wanted to dissolve themselves as a Socialist organization in order to build a Labor party, and those who wanted to maintain themselves as an organization while fighting for a Labor party. He's from SPUSA, so this kinda makes sense.
