Oof. Had to step away from this one for a bit today. Wasn’t expecting the explicit sex cult scenes. NOT my thing. The cover did describe this as disturbing which is right. The plot is finally thickening but I don’t know that I care enough for the characters at stake 🤷🏽‍♀️🥴 I normally don’t comment updates before finishing a book but feel as though I wasn’t properly warned, so heads up😅
