The book is still going well. I find it very interesting how much the author illustrates that the virus caused people to fear animals, even birds. Or how animals were abandoned, killed or left to die.

The book so far is very interesting but dark. It’s really gross the way the world has dehumanized human for literally their own consumption. It also has put a lot of things into perspective. Hearing the terms they use to describe human meat to make it not sound as bad even though it’s quite bad, it’s cannibalism.
