I'm not sure why everyone is intuiting that Carina is of "mixed" royal and commoner blood. Her mother was supposedly an amnesiac that didn't know her own name or home so she could have been royalty (and I suspect she was because those are the rules of Romanceland), and on first meeting they assume being half sister to a full royal makes her "mixed" as if royalty can't remarry after the death of their first spouse.

Why is it always the women that give in during arguments and disputes? Or get "betrayed" by their bodies and "confused" in to losing their train of thought. When was the last time anyone read a man doing such a thing? And if they did were they permanently dissuaded from a topic or after having sex did they still get their own way? I don't know why so many people have issues writing decent female characters.

Wanted something light, fluffy and practically gushing sentimentality and I seem to have found it. It's a simple fantasy romance with dragons, though I was happier before mention of "Dark Callers" with their negativity powered "dark bonds" appeared. Sounds like something that just fell out of a Sailor Moon manga... Then again I'd love to see a magical dragon transformation sequence.
